Current setup uses google for email, website, and security.

• Security - some info is publicly available

  • Things filed with the town clerk (bylaws, covenants)

  • General info about the neighborhood (where we are, stuff around Williston)

  • neighborhood finances (needed by prospective buyers and their realtors)

• But some things are really only visible to members of the neighborhood association

  • names and addresses of folks who live here

• Is there anything visible to only a few neighbors or to the board members?

  • no. Except maybe the combination to the lock on the pumphouse. Other than that there really should be no secrets here

• When in doubt things start out limited to neighbors only (example: meeting minutes. May move these to public visibility, but starting out as restricted)
